I have severe agoraphobia, and was housebound for 6 years. It's taken me another 5 years to build up to being comfortable outside of my home building. I still struggle to go more than two streets away from home without panic attacks. I've set a goal to walk 5 miles OUTSIDE every week. I have a treadmill and cross trainer in my flat, but I'm trying hard to get better at being out. Also, anybody know any beginners weights YouTube channels? I love aerobics and walking workouts, but have a barbell just sitting doing nothing so figured nows a great time to get started with it!

That’s great! You can totally do this! You are making great strides (literally and figuratively!) So happy for you. Walking outside is a fabulous goal!
