Oof, was served full caffeine today instead of the decaff I asked for. Have been queasy and gross for seven hours now. Absolutely can't eat when I feel like this, any nausea remedies you recommend?

Drinking lots of lemon water and walking has helped me with too much caffeine.
I liked fresh ginger in hot water with honey a d fresh lemon (like a tea) when I was nauseous (when pregnant )

I have severe agoraphobia, and was housebound for 6 years. It's taken me another 5 years to build up to being comfortable outside of my home building. I still struggle to go more than two streets away from home without panic attacks. I've set a goal to walk 5 miles OUTSIDE every week. I have a treadmill and cross trainer in my flat, but I'm trying hard to get better at being out. Also, anybody know any beginners weights YouTube channels? I love aerobics and walking workouts, but have a barbell just sitting doing nothing so figured nows a great time to get started with it!

Congratulations on so much progress already! You are very brave to set new goals. Sending positive vibes! Good luck.

That’s great! You can totally do this! You are making great strides (literally and figuratively!) So happy for you. Walking outside is a fabulous goal! I have found diet bet players to be an amazing support system. I bet you find the same to be true! Can’t wait to read your posts about how well you’re doing. Great job!

  • Happy Tuesday!

Now is the time to take a moment to set some personal goals for this game. Once you've determined what your goals are (drink more water, workout goals, practice gratitude, sleep routine, etc), the key to success is having a SOLID PLAN in place and studies show that putting it in writing helps.

    Plan your meals.
    Plan your workouts.
    Track your water intake.
    Track your food.
    Get enough sleep.
    Have fun and relax.

Is your plan in place? What are some of your non-scale goals and how can we help you to achieve these goals!

My non scale goal is to fit into all my cute clothes again. I lost 60 lbs in 2016, but then I gained it back during the pandemic. I'm about halfway back to where I want to be. My partner and I are planning a trip to Greece next year, and I will reach my goals before then!

Man , realistic goal vs unrealistic goal...
