I need some advice!!! I am a vegetarian that eats eggs and dairy and some fish. I dont love fish. im tired of togu and veggie burgers and i struggle with making dinners delicious for me. i make my family delicious dinners (they eat meat) because i love to. Then im sitting atvthe table eating spaghetti squash with sace and a veggie patty. 😏

You can do a salad with blended cottage cheese for a dressing! Just blend with a little lemon and spices.

Quinoa is a good source of protein. I have swapped out quinoa for my Szechuan shrimp. You could try a quinoa veggie stir fry. Actually that sounds like something I will try too.
