  • Finished my workout programme today, a week later than intended due to being away this week and having fallen 2 workouts behind (so didn't complete before we went).

    Sat-Mon were 3 mile runs, Tues was a 6 mile hilly walk, then finished the week strong with the last two 4WOF workouts 💪

    Managed to make good food choices while we were visiting family too, and feeling good for it.

    Seeing the physical improvements in strength and fitness, with the hills on my runs being easier and my pace quicker, and huge improvements on the programme Fit Test:

    Push ups: 40 full / 2 mod
    Squat jumps: 62
