How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I had a lot of things happen in different areas of my life last week and I’ve been in a not-so-great place. So last night I reminded myself to focus on the things I can control, which are mostly movement and what I’m eating. Last month I decided to work out every day, even if it’s just a quick walk or simple yoga flow and I stuck with that for a few days. I’ve been slightly snowed in for several days now and had little food other than Triscuits and Ruffles so my diet has been very not chef’s kiss. This morning I put the coffee on and did a short Yoga with Adrienne video. I’m going to do my makeup and hair and go to work. I’ve already tracked my coffee and lunch for the day and I’m not going to go overboard for dinner. A bad week does not equal a bad life! We can still make better decisions!

Thanks for sharing. I needed to hear that! I have been off all month. “ A bad week dies not equal a bad life!”

Great motto!
