How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- I just weighed in. I did not make it. I went off my plan and gained some weight, (I know water). BUT also inflammation!!! The inflammation is still going.
It is all good though! I learned what eating one trigger food can do to my 55 year old now still swollen 2 weeks later, knees! I also worked diligently while traveling to finish strong! I am hitting post and signing up for the next one. See you all along the way to the next goal.
