For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

So, for me, ease of access is a BIG deal with my eating habits. So, when I get munchie veggies like green peppers or celery, I go ahead and cut/prep them before putting in fridge and make a low fat ranch dip with daisy low fat sour cream. That way, when I’m wanting to snack, it’s just as easy to grab those as it is chips. And I usually prefer the veggies.
