How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m finally back under my starting weight! For some reason I shot up the day after we started by two pounds. Then this week has had some challenging meal situations which I navigated without going up more but which meant minuscule losses even with a lot of exercise. Looking for this week to be way better. I’m confident I can still make it and I’m planning for Thanksgiving to be another challenging but manageable meal situation.

It’s ok , mine to went up and was down this morning with a new low . I don’t know why I feel it will go up again ! I usually hit a new low then I go up and down till it finally goes down

Whenever my weight goes up but I’ve been making good food / exercise choices, it seems likely that it’s just the old digestive system playing catch-up. Apparently, it can take up to 3 days for food to pass through the intestines…. Haha
