  • I have a birthday and Christmas coming up. Then moving at the end of December. I could tell myself every excuse to not eat well and start in the new year. I decided instead to start NOW! Here are my meals that I prepped in my hotel kitchenette. I’m travelling for work the next 3 days.
    Breakfast: 2 eggs, egg whites, spinach, feta. 1 2B compliant thin bun and 1T jam
    Snack: 1 scoop shakeology, 1 cup fat free Fairlife and 1 cup cukes
    Lunch: 2 stuffed peppers, zucchini and 1 cup of thawed frozen fruit
    Dinner: cod with broccoli, carrots and cheese
