Here is my plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: Greek yo, 1 banana, 1/4 c walnuts, spirulina, protein powder
Lunch: Dave’s bread, avo, 3 eggs, spinach
Dinner: Costco prepared salmon, veggies, salad
Snacks: Carrots, other chopped veggies
I’ll be checking in on how it goes.
