Down another .8! I thought I was going to gain yesterday. I live a hour south of Tampa FL and we are so stressed about the hurricane coming our way. I had lasagna and drinks last night with my parent. I was okay with it being a weight gain night.

I’m just going to repeat “Emotional eating is never okay” to get through the next two days!

  • I know the 4 week game doesn't technically start until the 21st, but since you can post from as soon as you join I'm excited to see people doing just that! I switched into weight gain mode for a little bit and wow, it’s discouraging to see those old numbers again. Tonight here at dinner time, I’m recommitting and am determined to lose two pounds before the start of the next DietBet!

Happy to report I’m 189… I haven’t seen this weight in a VERY long time. Not feeling too great these past few days and I’m doing my best to keep my spirits up, meditate and complete short walks on the treadmill. Thanks everyone for your post, it’s very helpful to keep this girl motivated.

I've been making the candy bar protein shake that I saw ilana make in her stories. It's with frozen zucchini, peqnut butter ( or pb fit powder) banana, recover chocolate protein and dates. I add a little milk but mostly water

Hi loves!! Happy FriYAY!! This is when we increase our focus on our healthy habits and lifestyle. Don’t take the mindset that the weekend has to be harder. In fact, tons of my clients find they lose more weight on the weekend due to extra time to sleep, relax, drink water (and pee), workout, go grocery shopping and plan for the week.


How much water are you drinking this weekend? What veggies do you plan on eating tonight, tomorrow and the next day? Are you going to any events? How are you going to go about it smart??

I'm traveling (oy...) but I hope to include healthy snacks and smaller portions wherever I go! I'll be doing hiking and maybe kayaking some snorkeling etc so I'll be getting exercise and lots of water.

This weekend wasn’t great meals wise but I did work out Friday and Saturday and hit my water goal hoping to get my nutrition on track today and the rest of the week to hopefully make up for some of it
