For anyone a few pounds away from their goal . . You can do it! It’s not too late! I lost 3 pounds this week just by sticking to three recipes I found in the mindset menu. And these are 3 of my last 10 pounds to go (the hard pounds to lose). You can do it!

10k steps a day have been a game changer for me on this diet bet! I got a treadmill for an early Christmas gift to myself and I typically get my last 2k steps after dinner. Definitely has made weight loss way easier during this time of year

Have you tried Ilana’s Movie Night Broccoli in the 2B recipes? Or Air Fried Artichokes? Those might work well as an appetizer.

I made an interesting observation yesterday. I had lunch at a friends house. The lunch did not include very many veggies. I felt full after the lunch but became ravenous before dinner. I had a stuffed chicken breast with 75% of my plate cauliflower. I found after dinner I was feeling very hungry and gave into some ice cream. I learned that the more veggies I eat in a day the more stable my blood sugars are and the more satisfied and full I remain after dinner.

I agree with you ! When I have a good lunch with lots of vegetables I’ll be less tempted to self sabotage at night .
When I feel like more carb , i tell myself: have the protons vegetables first if still hungry you can have it .

Friendsgiving last night! Definitely treated myself but tried to get lots of movement in earlier in the day and played some basketball after dinner. I gained .5 but it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be.

  • I found this new high fibre tortilla that has 17 g of fibre and 90 cal ( what an great FFC )
    My usual taco meat tortilla and cheese with salad for lunch
