I made an interesting observation yesterday. I had lunch at a friends house. The lunch did not include very many veggies. I felt full after the lunch but became ravenous before dinner. I had a stuffed chicken breast with 75% of my plate cauliflower. I found after dinner I was feeling very hungry and gave into some ice cream. I learned that the more veggies I eat in a day the more stable my blood sugars are and the more satisfied and full I remain after dinner.

I agree with you ! When I have a good lunch with lots of vegetables I’ll be less tempted to self sabotage at night .
When I feel like more carb , i tell myself: have the protons vegetables first if still hungry you can have it .
