What are your thoughts on “food noise”? I hear this term used a lot around ozempic and other glp1’s. Is there a way to reduce food noise without drugs?

  • I track a little differently. My phone is nearly always in my hand, and I keep the Notes app open to my tracker at the front of the stack, impossible to ignore (unless I’m either hiding from being honest with myself, or was completely distracted). Emojis make a quick coding system.

  • I was so tempted to get the burger and fries from one of our favorite restaurants. Instead ordered a huge salad. Ate only half. Will eat the other half for lunch tomorrow. After dinner 1 mile walk at the Y. Now to be dinner and done.

  • Dinner tonight was a tuna melt on a red bell pepper. Tuna melt recipe is from Ilana’s Cookbook. This was such a yummy and satisfying meal. I could have kept eating this meal all night.

Hey, everyone old and everyone new! After a great finish to the last bet I’m starting off here in the hole after two days. Not sure what happened but I’m up a bit so gotta get back on track. I did miss one workout so I might have extra water in me? Anyway, definitely an “Oh, well…” moment to put in the past and move forward with fresh energy!!!

Hi, I’m Regan from NJ! I’m a working mom of a 3 year old and an about to be 1 year old. I want to stay focused on the 2b mindset this holiday season and wanted the extra accountability of this group to lose (and keep off!) the last ten pounds. My non-scale goal this week is 100oz of water a day!
