  • First time DietBetter here. I have been very consistent, working out 6 days a week at 5:45 am (except my weekend workouts I allow myself to take them anytime). I’m eating really healthy—like this roasted chickpea, Brussels Sprouts salad with spinach, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds and delicata squash.

    I just finished a month long sugar cleanse (added sugar only, still eating fruit) during November so I’m not craving sweets anymore. Went to my daughter’s concert last night which ended with ice cream and cookies. I ate one bite of a cookie then held my hands around a big cup of tea.

    The scale doesn’t move much, but I feel great and know I’m building muscle. I am 50% to my goal and DietBet is really helping me stay on track. I won’t get discouraged. I can loose 3.4 more pounds in 2 weeks. Melting to happen any day now!!

Forgot to mention it’s a tahini lemon dressing. Pops of pomegranate were so delicious!

Rose S, I’m kind of trying to keep up my sugar cleanse until Christmas but won’t be as strict with myself. My son wants to sugar detox with me in January, and my mom said she wanted to join in, too. Then my daughter said she would do it again (she lost 3 inches around her waist as is on Cloud 9) and I guess one of her friends wants to as well!! Lol #trendsetter
