I did not feel like getting out of bed, so I devised a workout to let me stay in bed.

Here’s a list of leg exercises you can do in bed, including muscles worked and estimated calories burned:

Ankle Pumps 🏃‍♀️

Muscles: Calves and ankle stabilizers.

Muscles: Quadriceps.
