Noticing that my face is getting thinner, my back fat has gone down considerable, plus I feel like the fat is just melting off, scale has been at a steady climb down.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not have had my huge slip day. When older kids come to visit I just want to cook bad foods and eat it with them.

Stick with my 6 day routine of abs and arc workout, arms and elliptical workout, legs and jogging. I rotate those daily, getting 2 of each in each week. Also vary between burning 300 calories burned (LISS) and 650 calories burned (HITT).
