    Do we have any PNW folks here? Last night’s Bomb Cyclone was wild and made it hard to sleep. How’s the weather where you are?

    I don’t have the energy for anything too intense and am thinking a Barre workout will be just right.

    Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! What are you up to today? Can you do anything different to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?

    Take 10 minutes and get some movement in!
