Non-scale victory of the week!
we had a fantastic ten day expedition cruise in Svalbard and just got back. I ate less than I did in December on the same ship in Antarctica. However no visit to the gym in the shop. I have made a goal for all Kickstarter games I had entered just before our holiday but has been a big of struggle to maintain my goal weight. I know this is a life long journey for healthier, happier and fitter me so will continue to enjoy the journey with DietBet!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have done a bit of exercise on the ship. However I did walk a lot before and during the cruise (no choice)!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Stay focused and no need to panic or upset if I gain a little. My BMI is already comforrably in a healthy zone.
