What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Any time I relax at all on a weight loss regimen all the weight I've lost immediately comes back, fast. I want to be able to live reasonably healthy & not have to be constantly vigilant 24/7, obsessed with my weight to keep from gaining dozens of pounds back.
