Eating! I LOVE to eat. I’ve struggled with binging and overeating throughout the years. I’m my own worst enabler.

I will stay on track with my eating and continue to burn minimum of 300 calories per day, 4 times per week at the gym doing cardio. I’ll incorporate more weight lifting during this DietBet.
