Made a few better choices, but my T4 was 0.2 and my TSH 169.6 so my thyroid levels made it impossible to lose weight. My dr started me in new meds yesterday.

I did make a lot of better food choices and bought healthy groceries.

By getting all the candy out of my house, I gave in a few times. It’s in the trash now. I also could have gotten up earlier to exercise.
