Non-scale victory of the week!
We've been cooking at the office making lean turkey bowls with lettuce, pica-de-gallo and sour cream. Has been fresh and delic! Have not thought much at all about food. Of course, on my Sunday splurge day I go heartburn in the worst way so that was a great body-functioning tool that makes me realize how important food is to your body. Its been a good week.

Pray for self-devotion to my cause as I head into a 3-day vacation with 2 other couples. Dont have an interest in drinking so I hope I hold to that. And, that I choose the 'healthier' foods over desserts.
