Robin, hope you are doing well! This month has been rough for me. Started off pretty slow. Hoping to make it on this one. I am struggling with these DB4's, but finding the DB10's are much easier to meet goals. Hope you are doing well and staying healthy! Remember, every pound lost is a success so just keep at it. You can do it!!! We all have crazy days where we fall off the wagon, but you just climb back up and get back to it. I know you can be successful!!

I am the same. Weight loss is something I have no control over, but my actions/behaviors I do. All of what I've been setting out to achieve in that department have been going well :) GOOD LUCK to you too!!

I am so sorry that it didn't go well this month. It looks like you still lost weight (even if you didn't meet DB goal) and that is what is important. We all have times of high motivation and low motivation. Hopefully, you will keep going. Also, really think about DB10's. Even if you don't win early rounds, it is easy to catch up in the end and you are guaranteed to win your money back. I wish you the best!!

Robin, it has been a rough start for me but I made it to the grocery store today and things should be much better now. We still had so many holiday foods in the house but now they are gone and I am finally back to exercising. Hope things are going well for you. Are you sticking to a diet routine or just eating healthy?

Hang in there and get on track as soon as you can. The sooner the better!!

I'm just trying to eat healthier and working on drinking more water. I'm LUCKY if I drink a glass a day, so drinking even two will be an accomplishment :)

Keep going! I know we are all struggling through the holidays!! Your new haircut looks adorable! Less than 2 weeks but we'll keep working on it. At least we won't be like usual where we gain during the holidays...
