great job with changing your eating habits! :D that's really tough to do. i haven't really done that so even though i started exercising with jenny 3x/week i haven't lost anything. =3= actually with how hectic my schedule has been i haven't even been doing that for the last week and a half. urgh. time to get back on the wagon!
