Overall it's been a good week. Had daughter's b-day party on Friday evening. Had a cupcake and didn't even enjoy it. Total no-no on Keto.

Need to keep up with my water intake. Been getting at least 8 cups in daily, but need more like 12.

Weekend went well. Seems that I am back to my proper low carb diet and have lost most of the weight I had gained over Thanksgiving weekend. I definitely can see and feel the benefits of staying low carb/gluten free.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to meal plan. At this moment I just finished lunch. I really have no idea what I want to eat for supper or prepare for lunch the next day. That seems to be the downfall of this diet. While I am not really hungry, it makes deciding what I want to eat difficult. Half the time the only thing that is appealing is eggs with onions and bell peppers or a handful of almonds. It's not the worst thing to eat, but I don't want to be eating that several times a week.

Definitely need to consistently get 2qts water in per day (optimally 3qts). I need to plan my meals and make sure I am cooking enough at supper time to take to work the next day for lunch.
