I never have will power so I hope this time I can make a difference in my weight. I'm uncomfortable and it would change my whole happiness in daily life to lose 20-30 lbs and be comfortable in clothes. Somehow I found you and read about your successes. But I chose your challenge because of you. You touched me and I felt like I could trust you. I hope we follow each other to the greatest success and have some fun in the interim. :)

Sorry I just saw your comment on my page. I did two 4 week challenges. I got discouraged because half the people would lose the weight in about three days because they would do their initial weigh-in at night but all other ones in the morning. This one seems more fair and realistic. Plus, this one focuses on the long-term. No, you weight is not showing up.
