Thanks for checking in on me! Unfortunately, the first 6 weeks of my 6-month DietBet has been a yoyo of weight lost and regained. But now I have 6 weeks of summer ahead of me with no major commitments to distract me from focusing on building some new, healthy eating and exercise habits, and dropping some of this weight for good! Any tips for making the changes consistent and permanent? What's been working for you?
