Hey Vicki! Looks like you're doing AWESOME! You should be so proud of your hard work and consistency!

Thanks for checking in on me! Unfortunately, the first 6 weeks of my 6-month DietBet has been a yoyo of weight lost and regained. But now I have 6 weeks of summer ahead of me with no major commitments to distract me from focusing on building some new, healthy eating and exercise habits, and dropping some of this weight for good! Any tips for making the changes consistent and permanent? What's been working for you?

Glad to hear you've found some great recipe sources! The Chinese recipes sound yummy! I definitely think that having a stockpile of go-to recipes is key, especially ones that are quick & easy for busy nights. I picked up a couple cookbooks lately, too, and have been enjoying experimenting.
Things are going well (thanks for asking) - 4 days in and I'm already feeling much better and the weight is coming back off. I just need to stay focused and strong!
How are you doing? I see you're at or almost at goal - that's awesome! But I imagine that maintenance will bring it's own challenges, too.
