Non-scale victory of the week!
I did well on the scale this week but the eating and exercise was none existent. Couldn't figure out why I felt like shit, but TOM came for a visit after not being her in 3 months. It was like, hey girl I'm still here! So a lot of junk and no exercise. One week to go and I am getting back on track. I want to win this thing!
