Oh boy...well I'm not sure, I have not weighed myself, I had a bad weekend with food, I did workout and burned a ton of calories but I'm not sure if I'm going to win this one. Thank you for asking.

Hi Mary. I was going through a very stressful time at work which caused overeating (comfort food). I eliminated the food and quickly hit goal weight. I have since plateaued +3 lbs. They are so tough to get off. I'm going to stick to my raw veggie midday snacks, an extra glass of water and more activity. You' are doing fantastic Mary. Hang in!!
