Also, Ashley, runsforcookies.com is a great blog. It has been really motivational for me on a 52 # weight loss. She has great recipes and thoughts on cravings and binges.

You can do it!! Thanks for the cravings question - all the advice was helpful for me, too. A big container of blueberries or other fruit with a nonfat 100 cal high protein yogurt and cup of tea help me. My craving is to plow through all the chocolate and cookies in my boss's office.
