Mercedes B , sourdough is actually a lot better for you. It’s easier for our bodies to digest. Also great for people who struggle with blood sugars and have pro and prebiotic qualities

Fav healthy meals- grilled chicken or tuna salad for lunch everyday and then for dinner I alternate every few days is grilled chicken/shrimp/salmon with spinach/asparagus/broccoli and cauliflower rice /yams / mash
