AND I calculated the goal weight wrong, and now I see that it’s actually lower than what I thought!!! I will really have to spring into action and get my head in the game
I am right there with you, been battling a stupid cold and had no energy, but today I plan on hitting the gym. We got this! What is everyone’s plan to make it?
Thanks Bart! I've been eating on plan today, high protein low fat, and plan on getting outside after work to work in my garden and get my steps in. Hopefully I can get a run in as well.
