7/27/14 - food prep is complete for the coming week once again. Yesterday involved more in the way of nutritional liberties with the grandkids here, bonfire, smores and snacks - But I'm ok with it. I'm sure the scale is going to be up a bit in the am, but I'm already guzzling the water and basically have meal and activities planned for the week. It drives me nuts though when I prepare extra foods for husband, he'll eat it, but then continues to eat the regular amounts of his "bad" foods. Someday, he'll understand, but then it may be too late.

7/29/14 - UGH! Stress really sucks! Finding that I'm wanting to turn to my usual comfort foods, however this time, I'm not 'fighting' it, but rolling with it and using portion control -no binges. This morning's breakfast is a cacao/coffee/fruit smoothie with low carb protein powder. I don't usually like to drink my calories, but I thought perhaps the combination of chocolate and protein would help my stress cravings. We'll see!

wow you look great, My weight goes up and down,I want to get to my goal is lose 38 # by my Grandson's Graduation next year, it's been only 27 years since I was at the
125# , but going to do it. I'm a caregiver for Seniors, a lot of stress some days. but I love fruit, so I mostly eat a lot of that, maybe some days more then I should. Have a great day, Thanks for sharing your story.
