I'm getting ready to start this challenge.  I will weigh in tomorrow and have my son take my picture for me.  I HATE doing pictures, but I know it's necessary and I know that they are great for comparisons.  I may have him do some profile pix for my own records as well. 

Tomorrow I will also do my measurements and body fat percentage.

Today I'm doing my prep cooking and will write my exercise plan for the coming month - I want to ROCK this challenge and get my weight/body fat down - Biggest reason:  Hubby and I have an HRA for his work at the end of the month and I want to show an improvement from last year's assessment.  I want to do this not only for myself, but to show my husband what hard work and consistency can do. 

Another goal I have is to clean up some of my desk areas - clutter in my life has a big impact on my fitness progress - strange as that may seem.
