7/29/14 - UGH! Stress really sucks! Finding that I'm wanting to turn to my usual comfort foods, however this time, I'm not 'fighting' it, but rolling with it and using portion control -no binges. This morning's breakfast is a cacao/coffee/fruit smoothie with low carb protein powder. I don't usually like to drink my calories, but I thought perhaps the combination of chocolate and protein would help my stress cravings. We'll see!
