Hi Rachael! Finally got a chance to jump on the site instead of the app! I feel for you and know how easy it is to "not give a crap" about life. Always remember this is for you and no one else!
Listen to some of your favorite music while on the treadmill. My treadmill buddy was Jon BonJovi and a few other 80's rock bands! I played them for the full hour and mixed slow song with the rockin' heavy one to get the heart rate up. (Plus for fun, I imagined I was on stage with Jon....LOL) Keep at it you're doing great!
