Wow, it sounds like we have very similar situations! I had spine surgery in August (gained 15 lbs because I couldn't walk for months before). My fiance plays basketball religiously. I'm also being very careful with the way I present the changes I'm making to my daughter. My mother yoyo-ed all my childhood, and I think it had a terrible effect on me. Always great to hear about someone I have something in common with. God luck on your journey!
