Good job planning your meals and eating healthier.
You may be getting a lot less salt in your diet, which may be contributing to a fast water weight loss. Also, as we control our portions and eat a little less each day, there is less, what shall we call it..., used food passing through our digestive tract. That can take a bit of weight off, too.
