Ok so I know a lot of people have been questioning other peoples rapid weight loss which makes me really not even want to update mine. I did yesterday but if I'm being honest when I weighed today I lost another like 3lbs which puts me about 2lbs from my goal and its only week one. I'm even a little confused myself. I am 100% sure it has to do with how I am eating. When I started this bet I stepped on the scale and was absolutely shocked then as well. Only two maybe two and a half weeks prior I weighed 255...meaning I literally put on 10lbs in that amount of time. This pretty much tells you how I was eating at that point. I was constantly eating out at work or for breakfast and just not caring...oh and on top of it absolutely no exercise other than taking the dogs out in the back yard to play...
Starting Monday I decided to put a new toy I got to work. I recently bought a Ninja to make smoothies, juice, and other things with. I have gone from eating out constantly to having a smoothie of whatever fruit concoction I decide on for the day and some protein powder for breakfast along with some hard boiled eggs and a smoothie for lunch...then dinner has been 90% lean meat and some veggies along with I have had a few fiber one snacks if I get hungry typically between lunch and dinner. And the thing is I am not hungry otherwise to really want to eat. I have had a salad since my department ordered out lunch yesterday so I had soup and salad for lunch and the other half of the salad for dinner...along with I still drank my smoothie instead of having a snack.
But the scary thing to me is that it seems within a weeks time I am going to hit the goal for the month. I am guessing it is going to catch up with me at some point...I have lost a lb a day for 2-3 weeks before but never dropped this quickly, especially when I haven't even started working out yet....which I plan on starting Monday. I just need to get my butt out of bed in the morning!!
