Great job! Don't worry too much the first few weeks. That's not unusual for many folks. Just enjoy the ride. When it starts to slow down you'll have a nice cushion. One thing to remember is that you NEED to eat enough calories. If you're not, eventually your body will shift into starvation mode and the likelihood is that you'll plateau. Don't worry too much when that happens. Just up the cals a bit (I know that sounds weird, but it works). This is especially true when you start working out. Make sure you have enough protein and even good fats in your diet daily. Good luck and enjoy!
