I’m also a big tracker. Track everything I eat as well as all my activity. It’s really satisfying for me to see my progress that way. I use the My Fitness Pal App for my food and both Hevy and Apple Fitness to track my workouts and physical activity.

Weekends are the hardest for me for staying on track. I reward myself with food and snacks and overeat. I will try having a few healthier options and know when to stop.

Weekends are so hard! It's the lack of work routine that gets me!

The weekend is around the corner and I’m trying to retrain my brain to think of it as just another routine day of eating. I chose popcorn over chips last weekend which seemed to help as my weight didn’t fluctuate up. But I still need to tweak my habits to hit my goal!!
