It starts in the kitchen. I most strongly encourage you to do some research and pick a meal plan/nutritional system which fits you. Some of us go Paleo, others count calories, Weight watchers works, so does Atkins. Having a plan makes everything else easier. I wish you well. Your goals are achievable!
