Thank you for the kind words Freya. My goal right now is to simply get more healthy and to shed the excess pounds that I have got from recent years. My long term goal is to get down to 220 but right now I want to tackle getting down to my 4 percent weight loss for the challenge I am taking part in on the 18th. I am taking it a little bit one day at a time.
