Yesterday was my husband’s birthday and woke up .2lbs over after eating cake with the kids. Stuck to the plan and drank water, ate light and today I was .7 under! Yay. Thank god for that 48 hour window.

Ugh, I’m not starting off so hot this time around. I recently won my last diet bet and was on a roll, but then I had a long weekend of celebrating (I got a promotion at work) which led to me slipping back into bad eating habits. Those habits carried over to this week and now I’m scared to get in the scale. I feel like I’ve gained back all the weight I lost last round, which means I have to dig myself out of a pretty big hole.

I know I still have time though. Tomorrow is a new day where I can make better choices.

Plus remember you prob gained water weight of you ate a bunch of carbs ... so maybe get back on track a few days, drink extra water... then weigh in line the 3rd morning. Maybe it'll be better than you thought that way.

Extra water and that will balance back out in a couple days! Don’t stress, you’ve got this
