Are you talking about the progress weigh in? If so thats not mandatory. It's there if you want and will show what percentage you have made towards your goal.

My suggestion is to focus on being immaculate with your calorie intake. Not too low or too high. If you need distractions from snacking get moving, but I wouldn't worry about exercise. Also reducing stress and getting enough sleep, NEVER skip sleep to get a workout in! Stress and sleep deprivation mess with your hormones and that's when the scale won't budge.

Thank you all for the tips! I use Redmonds real salt on almost everything, so I'm going to cut back on that and increase water and move more. I'm hoping that will do the trick! Good luck to everyone!
