I’ve used My Fitness Pal for years and love it. I’ve tried others, but MFP has the most extensive food library IMO and you can look up whole menus from restaurants rather than having to guess the amount of an ingredient in a certain dish.

I cut all the non natural sugar , and stick to fruits, proteine and lots of water! Choosing my carbs wise to stay full longer ! Diner and done! You can do this!

Tomorrow at midnight it will open up for weigh-in. It will give you precise instructions. Then it will need to be verified which can take a few minutes to a few hours. Then you are good. It will also give you your goal for this bet
