OMG, I love the first week of a diet. I have dropped a lot already! After re-gaining 60 pounds last year, that feels so good. Walking daily, doing video workouts, counting calories, & drinking water always worked in the past, so that is what I am doing again. This time I've decided to use semaglutide also to quiet the food noise. Thanks for the encouragement and for this game.

  • This is one of my all time favorite breakfasts. 2 basted eggs, 1-1/4 cup frozen hashbrowns sautéed with 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper. I use a spritz of Pam cooking spray to keep from sticking. And 1/3 cup of 2% low fat cottage cheese. 315 calories, 25g protein and only 2 WW points. If you’re a volume eater, this hits the spot. I like to smash mine all together and eat it like a hotdish. I do sprinkle with a bit of Lowry’s.
