I'm with you. I think I suffer from seasonal disorder. The key is to stay focused. The weight will always be there, sunlight or not, winter or not. Keep on going.

I agree! Its hard to stay motivated when you just want to stay under a blanket with a gook book and some snacks! Winter is harsh!
