Quick question.
Saturday morning I took a spin class for the first time, then went for a 6km walk.
I did eat late (2030h instead of my usual 1800h) when I got home but it was on track, along with water.
Sunday morning I was up 3.8lbs so I was very careful all day, yet this morning my weight hasn’t changed.
I’m still extremely sore from all of Saturdays activities, would that be the cause? Swelling perhaps?
It’s discouraging me as I was 1.2 lbs away from my goal. But positive thoughts… This can be fixed as soon as I figure out where I went wrong.
