  • I was out and didn’t have Breakfast. I got home and had 1 cup of cooked lentils for breakfast and this is lunch.( shredded bbq beef with whole wheat tortillas)

    I am sleep deprived so I hope it won’t affect my eating . The scale went up but I know I need more sleep .

Tracy, I love to buy
Cucumbers and baby carrots to snack on
Zucchini (to freeze for shakes)
Lettuce/spinach for salads
Cherry tomatoes
Bell peppers (mini or different colors)
Avocado
Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli to oven do roasted veggies.
Red onions (to make into pickled red onions!)
That’s a start!
You can do a spaghetti squash too!

I use the Catalina crunch cereal ! It’s quite pricy but worth it ! I don’t eat it with milk ! I mostly just use 1/4 cup in my Greek yogurt ! 1/2 cup has 11 g protein and 9 g of fibre

Hi,

Quick question.

Saturday morning I took a spin class for the first time, then went for a 6km walk.

I did eat late (2030h instead of my usual 1800h) when I got home but it was on track, along with water.

Sunday morning I was up 3.8lbs so I was very careful all day, yet this morning my weight hasn’t changed.

I’m still extremely sore from all of Saturdays activities, would that be the cause? Swelling perhaps?

It’s discouraging me as I was 1.2 lbs away from my goal. But positive thoughts… This can be fixed as soon as I figure out where I went wrong.
