  • First time making a shakshuka. Had to cut out cheese and reduce the recommended amount of oil use from the recipe. Taste wise turned out decent.
    Whole thing above is 2 servings. Average 400 cal/serving.

I cut all the non natural sugar , and stick to fruits, proteine and lots of water! Choosing my carbs wise to stay full longer ! Diner and done! You can do this!
